How do you get to the vacation spot and what’s the weather like?

The vacation destination of Honduras is located in Central America.The weather is 93 or 94 F throughout the year. It is hot and sometimes sunny. Most people take planes to fly to Honduras.

One type of food you can eat in Honduras is baleadas.  Baleadas is made of refried beans, mantequilla, white cheese, avocado, scrambled eggs, and sometimes meat all folded into homemade tortillas. Another food is Carne Asada which is grilled beef  marinated with lemon, vinegar, sugar, black pepper, and cumin seeds. Pastelitos de carne is ground beef cooked with wine, tomato, onion, sugar,and raisins before stuffed into a pastry. Arroz con leche is pudding served with cinnamon and fresh berries on the top of the arroz con leche. Lastly there’s the leche, a regular cake using egg, milk, and other basic ingredients. The leche is topped with a cherry.
